Rolling Ovens is built around protected territories to ensure fairness and sustainability for every operator. We do not oversell areas or create internal competition.

How territories work

Each Founding Partner is allocated a defined territory, usually based on a group of villages and sensible travel distances. Once allocated, no other Rolling Ovens unit will operate in that territory.

Why villages matter

Villages are ideal for the Rolling Ovens model because many lack local shops. Communities value reliable services, word-of-mouth spreads quickly, and relationships matter — creating loyal customers and long-term route stability.

Territory allocation

During the founding phase, territories are allocated on a first-come basis. We consider sustainability of routes and practical geography, aiming to get it right rather than expanding too fast.
